JC Adams and Brad Barmore — the duo behind KIN Windsor and KINsmoke in Healdsburg — opened The Publican with one goal: darn good food and a real full bar in the heart of Windsor. Between them, they bring decades of Sonoma County roots and a passion for genuine hospitality.
